NE Area Manager & Store Manager at Blackduck Pandora
Retail experience minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
Sales experience in selling specialty, luxury and lifestyle consumer goods is preferred.
Experience working within a brand concept is preferred.
Primary responsibility is to lead and develop store team to deliver great client experience, flawlessly execute brand and operational standards to the highest possible sale volume generation and maximizing all profitability opportunities.
Optimize the sales volume and KPI goals.
Experience working with IT systems, MS Office.
Team management, plan and prioritize the daily responsibilities, recruiting, staff and developing, training, store visuals, inventory, and LP management.
Personal qualities of high energy level enthusiasm, business oriented, passionate, and service minded, great role model, and experience communicator.
