Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at MOM's Organic Market in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Knowledge of organic and sustainable practices is a plus
Previous experience in the grocery industry is beneficial
