Impossible Kicks caters to a diverse clientele with offerings for everyone. Our goal is to deliver an outstanding shopping experience through exceptional customer service. With 19 expanding stores nationwide, we are on the lookout for outstanding individuals to manage our store operations.
Job Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Store Manager to oversee overall store operations. The ideal candidate will strive for customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and effectively lead and motivate staff in a competitive environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop retail strategies to grow the customer base and boost profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product range
- Ensure efficient inventory management to avoid stock issues
- Foster a positive and dynamic work environment
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets
- Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for store staff, including the leadership team
- Manage administrative tasks in line with policies and procedures
- Maintain high store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines
- Offer insights on customer preferences, trends, and profits
- Present innovative concepts to increase market share
- Address customer and employee concerns promptly and adequately
- Proficient in product pricing and have expertise in shoes and apparel
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English language (reading, writing, comprehension)
- Minimum of 4 years of retail experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to relocate to different store locations
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Experience in staffing, payroll management, and inventory management
- Open to relocation and willing to travel up to 10%
