Store Director Soho Flagship

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of Saturdays Crosby Street location in Soho NY, including the Cafe, and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, ordering, marketing, and customer service. They should be a highly motivated salesperson and extremely organized. Driving performance and efficiency is the most important elements. They will work directly with the CEO & Director of Merchandising focused on growth and performance of the Crosby Street store and how we can grow. They should be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees and improve the operations of the store. This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store. 

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Collaborate on strategies to attract new customers, increase store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays.
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in a retail environment, with 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Hustle, drive and a passion for excellent customer service
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000
