Store Director

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Store Director for their location in Atlanta. The ideal candidate must posses strong leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with both the team and clients. Candidates must have open availability to work a flexible work a full-time retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.


Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and communicate a vision for the store in line with strategic plan
  • Ensure balance between customer experience, financial targets, talent development/retention, and operations
  • Maintain a floor presence to ensure each client experience meets brand standards
  • Partner to implement and measure CRM strategy and modify to meet defined targets
  • Collaborate to develop and implement store events including collection previews, charity partnerships, etc.
  • Manage customer issues and complaints as they arise and find solutions
  • Work with HR team to source, screen and hire talent
  • Onboard and train all new hires
  • Complete performance & career review processes
  • Identify relevant training to build service, selling, and product knowledge skills
  • Ensure all defined financial targets are met
  • Supervise associates’ individual goals and coach them to meet predetermined objectives
  • Align merchandise mix to meet client needs
  • Maintain all merchandising standards
  • Analyze results of relevant metrics and make changes to improve
  • Ensure inventory control, fraud prevention, and audit practices are implemented and maintained
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time


Job Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
  • 4+ years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
  • Experience managing a team of at least 10
  • Adaptability, openness, risk taking, dynamic, listening abilities, curiosity
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50lbs.


Salary: up to $135,000 annually depending on experience
