As the Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall store experience, including operations, visuals, sales and staff.
Your overall goal will be to provide an exceptional in-store experience for all customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role is a senior position at the brand and will requires an entrepreneurial mind-set as well as the ability to manage a large volume store and large team.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed reports on metrics, customer needs, and profit margins, and present these reports to company leadership
Conduct annual personnel performance appraisals, providing clear and actionable feedback and delivering constructive criticism to help staff improve
Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed
Source, hire, train, and oversee new staff, leading by example and ensuring efficiency in the training process
Arrange promotional material and in-store displays
Undertake financial-planning tasks, including managing the store budget
