As a Store Assistant at Thom Sweeney, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior team to ensure the seamless operation of our appointment-only space. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in providing an exceptional and personalized experience for our esteemed clientele. Key Responsibilities:

·       Assist in maintaining the stores impeccable appearance and ambience, ensuring it reflects the Thom Sweeney brand ethos of elegance and sophistication.

·       Welcome clients warmly upon arrival, offering refreshments and ensuring their comfort while they wait for their appointment.

·       Work closely with the senior team to prepare for client appointments, including organizing merchandise, fitting rooms, and any necessary paperwork.

·       Provide attentive and personalized assistance to clients during their appointments, offering product knowledge, styling advice, and exceptional customer service.

·       Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing new merchandise, as well as conducting regular stock checks.

·       Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.

·       Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.

·       Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the showroom.

Qualifications:

·       Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable.

·       Passion for menswear fashion and a keen eye for detail.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

·       Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Professional demeanour and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

·       Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends as needed.

·       Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
