A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Static Media Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with both design teams, cross-functional teams, brands, and external vendors to help ensure timely delivery and distribution of assets to the creative stakeholders, facilitate archive of assets, maintain various asset portals, and help spearhead

numerous tasks and projects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience coordinating the sourcing and delivery of static marketing assets used to produce promotional content. The company offers a great work environment!

Static Media Manager Pay And Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $45/hr
  • Worksite: Leading digital streaming network. (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States and work Pacific Time office hours)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Static Media Manager Responsibilities

  • Fulfill media management requests by working with various departments, external teams and media systems to acquire, ingest, catalog, and distribute assets to (i.e. key art, OOH assets, logos, and photography).
  • Develop strong relationships with our global brand partners, internal teams, and vendors to acquire media and pertinent information surrounding assets.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide instructional guides and resources.
  • Help manage review and approval system as part of the creative work-in-progress process.
  • Spend significant time with archival material and technology systems to develop and support good, sustainable practices for the digital asset lifecycle to ensure the DAM is used to its greatest potential.
  • Assist with ingestion of key art to digital asset management system (DAM) by adding metadata, performing QC, and overseeing the distribution of art to internal teams, brand partners, and vendors.
  • Assist our photo team to facilitate photography asset requests.
  • Ensure robust content security policies and procedures are met in all aspects of acquisition, management, and distribution of assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional key stakeholders to help with system integrations and maintenance, as well as help improve department workflows and efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain extensive documentation and charts on various workflows.
  • Assist in managing all digital asset systems and daily operations by identifying and addressing system issues, providing tech support, maintaining metadata standards, and supporting the department’s overall media needs.

Static Media Manager Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating the sourcing and delivery of static marketing assets used to produce promotional content.
  • Experience working in SaaS tools for file ingest, organization, and sharing.
  • Experience and comfortability communicating directly with company Executives, production teams and studios.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Experience working in Asana, JIRA, G-Drive, and AirTable.
  • Knowledge of a wide-range of media file formats.
  • General knowledge of MAM and DAM language and workflows.
  • Ability to self-manage and take ownership over workflows.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks when duties become complex.
  • Strong customer service mindset and follow-up skills with excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills in a primary remote working environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for archiving and determining best methods and methodologies for preserving materials for company needs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized when working with large amounts of materials.
  • Ability to recognize, communicate, and track system issues.
  • Collaborate interdepartmentally across our ecosystems.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement for workflow efficiency.

Compensation: From $45.00 to $45.00 per hour
