Unlike other platforms, in-House prioritizes privacy and does not collect personal metadata, eliminating the need for sign-ups or logins. We believe in fostering an environment where employees can openly rate and discuss company matters and drive meaningful change within their organizations.
COMPENSATION
We are still pre-funding - offering 100% early stock option ownership — not cash salary, with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, passionate part-time entrepreneurs contributing sweat equity for limited ownership stake.
THE ROLE
The Social Media Engagement Director role is hoped to develop into a full-spectrum social media channel management and audience engagement program - leveraging our rich and conversation-worthy content into strong audience engagement and growth.
WE ARE SEEKING someone who:
* is an analytics nerd & growth hacker at heart;
* has experience building #/@ content targeting programs to maximize reach & engagement per post;
* has advanced experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite et al;
* can build effective engagement "recipes" for jr channel managers to follow;
* has advanced strategic & algorithmic knowledge of all social media platforms;
* is adept at maximizing / recycling / repurposing content;
* has a "calm-leader" energy and is interested to learn Agile management principals;
* is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently;
