Startup Cofounder

Company Overview: We are a burgeoning marketing technology startup, currently led by two founders. One brings 25+ years of expertise in marketing and advertising, while the other has 35+ years of experience in marketing and customer experience. Our solution offers a unique and novel approach to marketing that is unmatched in the current market. We have strong evidence supporting product-market fit across multiple verticals and substantial interest from innovation and technology professionals.

Position: Co-Founder

Location: Remote and TBD

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic co-founder to join our startup team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving our commercialization efforts and shaping the future of our two-sided marketplace. We value diverse experiences and are open to a variety of backgrounds and skill sets, particularly in the following areas:

• Startup Experience: Proven track record in launching and scaling startups, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the startup ecosystem.
• Technology Expertise: Experienced technology professionals, including developers and technology entrepreneurs, who can lead our product development and technical strategy.
• Fundraising and Business Development: Individuals with strong experience and contacts in fundraising, business development, and strategic partnerships.
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and execute the company’s vision and strategy
• .Lead and manage key areas of the business, including technology development, fundraising, and business growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and community within the organization.
• .Drive product development from concept through to launch and beyond
• .Engage with stakeholders, investors, and potential partners to build a robust network and secure necessary resources

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a startup, technology company or relative professional experience..
• Technical Skills: Strong background in software development, product management, or technology entrepreneurship.
• Business Acumen: Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, with experience in fundraising and securing partnerships.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
• Community Engagement: Experience in building and nurturing communities, with a commitment to participatory governance and transparency.

• Investing Cofounder: Willingness to invest in the company, although this is not a firm requirement currently.
