  • You’ll define and ship new experiences that enable businesses to actively participate and contribute to Nextdoor, while also creating avenues for people to discover, learn about, and initiate conversations with or about these businesses
  • Along with your cross-functional partners, you’ll be responsible and involved in all phases of product development, from ideation to launch and continuous iteration
  • You’ll be scrappy and willing to wear multiple hats to ensure product success, even if this means taking on tasks outside traditional product management roles
  • You’ll define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the Businesses & Organizations products
  • Participate in in-person Nextdoor events, trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and other team building exercises
  • Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to the KIND culture that Nextdoor values

  • Strong understanding of user experience design and usability principles, combined with the creativity to define game-changing and inspirational products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design & research, data science, product marketing, etc.)
  • Strong analytical thinker, able to interpret data, thoroughly analyze results, and drive to critical outcomes and success
  • Comfortable working on technical products, with a readiness to dive into technical details and product architecture with engineering
