Your Role as a Staff Accountant

As a staff accountant at Kirsch, you'll collaborate closely with clients, helping them make informed decisions that drive sustainability and growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Crafting specialized reports for strategic decision-making

Preparing financial statements, from preparations to compilations and reviews

Cultivating relationships with diverse clients for monthly, quarterly, and annual projects

Handling tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals

Devising tax planning strategies for businesses and high-net-worth individuals

Taking the lead on internal projects to foster firm growth

Qualifications We Seek

Pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

A history of strong academic achievements

An eagerness to pursue a career in public accounting, demonstrated by a commitment to meeting the minimum eligibility requirements for the CPA designation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; advanced Excel skills preferred

Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills

Ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment
