Staff Accountant

Our busy high tech client is hiring a Staff Accountant to join the team on a temporary to hire basis. This organization has a wonderful reputation and a great Accounting team that is knowledgeable, approachable and close knit. They are excited to welcome a new team member and would love to bring on someone who is excited to grow and continue advancing their skills.

This role requires some in office training in their Westside office then can be fully remote. Qualified candidates must reside within Portland/Vancouver. No out of state candidates will be considered.

As the Staff Accountant you will be responsible for the following:

• Month-end close and financial statement preparation
• General Ledger accounting duties including reconciliations and journal entries
• Assist with financial reporting including pulling financial statements and revenue reporting
• Additional duties as required

As the Staff Accountant you bring the following qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. CPA eligible preferred
• 2+ years of General Ledger accounting experience within an ERP system
• Excellent understanding of excel including pivot tables, and lookups

Compensation is DOE but $70-75K+ with benefits as a Ledgent Ambassador.
