The Staff Accountant will be an integral piece to our continued growth and expansion efforts into new markets, partnerships and product offerings. Responsibilities
Payroll and invoicing
Monitoring and executing commission payments
Monitoring credit card statements and product returns
Initiate subcontractor payments
Cost analysis and forecasting
Ensuring insurances and up to date
Tracking marketing expenses
Bachelors in Accounting, Masters a plus
3-5 years of accounting experience
Experience with Netsuite/Oracle
General ledger accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
