Staff Accountant

The successful candidate will support the daily accounting processes of the Company which include the full cycle of accounting duties from accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

Required Skills Include:

• Strong communication skills
• Self motivated
• Detail oriented
• Significant experience with QuickBooks Online
• AR and AP processing experience
• Bank/CC reconciliation experience
• Tech savvy/ability to manipulate and analyze data
• Payroll Processing

Additional Duties may include:

· Contract/SOW/PO Management

· Administration of benefit plans such as 401k, Section 125, Health Insurance and vacation/paid time off accruals.

· Unemployment insurance claims, wage garnishments, workers comp and liability insurance audits.

· 1099 Reporting

· Monthly AR reporting

· Consultant/Contractor time tracking

· AR follow-ups & collections

Technology: We use several software applications and tools to support our accounting processes. Strong knowledge of the following applications is important.

· QuickBooks Online

· Bill

· Replicon/Timesheet software

· Office 365

· Various web-based applications for CRM, Time Tracking, Document Storage and Document
