Staff Accountant - Accounts Payable Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NY, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL. What You'll Do::
Review vendor bills for accuracy, enter them in the accounting system, and process payments in a timely manner
Review vendor statements, investigate and resolve any discrepancies
Reconcile credit card transactions daily high volume
Perform monthly bank account reconciliations high volume
Review and approve positive pay exceptions
Provide supporting documentation for audits
Maintain vendor files
Act as backup for biweekly payroll processing including timecard management
Complete ad-hoc analysis requests quickly while maintaining integrity and accuracy of data What You Need::
Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks
Ability to communicate with vendors and colleagues effectively
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Proficient with Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in using Excel; vlook-up, sumif and pivot functions
Preferred: Minimum one to three years of experience in Accounting
