Sr. Administrative role is fully remote opportunity for an experienced professional who provides essential support to programs as a subject matter expert. Responsibilities encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day program operation and requirements, exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily clerical tasks with an ability to prioritize workflow.
Provide verbal decisions, appeal acceptance, request medical records from health plans and representatives through phone.
Monitor and maintain high volume workflow through an email shared mailbox, fax and mail.
Receiving and sending professional communications to members, representatives, health plans, clients in a timely manner.
Collect, analyze and input incoming and outgoing data to ensure security of PHI/PII.
Maintain updated knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures as referenced in the employee manual and other procedures of the position
Requirements:
Associate degree with 2+ years of experience.
Experience in lieu of an Associate degree (HS Diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience) also considered.
Handle emails and phone calls efficiently, ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization.
Be proficient in using Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Adobe.
Not required but preferred – Salesforce, SharePoint, and Genesys telephony experience.
Effective time management skills.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
