Position Summary:
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add a Senior Solutions Architect to our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT solutions across a diverse client base. You will work closely with our CTO, sales, engineering, and support teams to develop and execute customized solutions that meet each client's unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture: Assist in the design and architecture of IT systems, including cloud infrastructure, network services, and security frameworks.
Systems Administration: Oversee the ongoing administration and optimization of IT systems to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Client Solutions Engineering: Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Project Leadership: Manage projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Technical Escalation Support: Act as the highest level of technical escalation for resolving complex issues and architecting client projects.
Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvements and innovations in IT solutions offered to clients, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery and problem resolution.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain documentation and compliance standards for system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Critical Thinker / Problem Solver
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT architecture and solution design (preferably within a managed services environment).
Strong understanding of Azure services and solutions.
Experience with virtualization technologies, operating systems, and security.
Proven ability to design and integrate IT solutions in a client-facing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Advanced Support of Mac OS a plus
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert a plus.
