• Mastermind advanced technologies like C#, .NET, Docker, Kubernetes, Web APIs, and more to enhance and develop next-level functionalities.
• Partner with brilliant minds – Platform Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners – to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Be a technical rockstar, leading deployments in production environments and troubleshooting issues with expertise.
• Embrace a collaborative spirit – mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a team environment that thrives on continuous learning.
• Help us refine the release process, paving the way for a future of seamless Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration.

Are you the perfect fit?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or have the experience to back it up!).
• You boast 8+ years of experience crafting web-based applications, leaving a trail of successful projects in your wake.
• Deep expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and a treasure trove of other technologies
• A good understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Collaboration is your middle name. You have a knack for working seamlessly in teams, both local and remote.
• You're a problem-solving whiz, able to translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Aced the art of mentoring – you enjoy guiding others to reach their full potential.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
• An understanding of Agile methodologies – you're ready to embrace the power of continuous improvement.

Specifics:

• Hybrid work environment, one day a week in office
• Located in Overland Park
