Henry Schein One, a leading company in the accounting industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Sales Performance Trainer. As a Sr. Sales Performance Trainer at Henry Schein One, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our sales team by delivering comprehensive training programs and ensuring that our sales representatives are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their targets.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective training strategies and initiatives. You will design and deliver training programs that cover a wide range of topics including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. You will also conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs to continuously improve performance.
We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in sales training, preferably within the accounting industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that have contributed to the success of the sales team. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as you will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team
Create and deliver engaging training sessions covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management
Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales team
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training
Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives, focusing on achieving sales targets and improving performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, preferably within the accounting industry
Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
