Sr Sales Director - Genomics Services (US)

Hartmann Young are partnered with a global leader in life science solutions, the company provides genomic services to the industry's top pharmaceutical, biotech, academic and healthcare institutions globally.

We are seeking a proven Senior Director of Sales to drive business growth for a large portfolio of Genomic services, managing the sales strategy for the entire US.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective market segmentation and penetration strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, product management and operations, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
• Manage a large team of Sales Manager's across the US.
• Lead Sales Enablement by developing and refining sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive growth.
• Oversee sales forecasts, metrics, and tracking systems to enhance performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years in sales leadership managing the entire US territory.
• Revenue responsibility of $200m.
• Minimum Bachelors in Life Science field, PhD/ MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of executing successful sales strategies.
• Proven experience in managing/ developing sales incentive plans.
• Strong understanding of Genomics market (10yrs).
