Sr Reporting Analyst

The Reporting Analyst will participate in requirements gathering sessions with NJ State users and company team members to understand business needs and analyze requirements. The business users are new to this capability, and your help will be needed to educate the users and ensure the company meets the 5-10 dashboards needed to meet the SLA.

Some of your primary duties as a Senior Reporting Analyst will include:

• Juggling multiple tasks and working with the lead to prioritize work to ensure customer expectations are met
• Working independently with little to no supervision by seeking guidance on work priority and dedication to client success
• Collaborating with other Data Analysts / Business analysts to understand reporting needs and be a self-starter to accomplish objectives
• Reviewing and providing feedback on reporting requirements, either created internally or externally, for feasibility, gaps in requirements, and overall business value
  
  
  

The successful Senior Reporting Analyst candidate will have software development experience working with Tableau and SQL. You will also require SQL Tableau development Data Warehousing knowledge and experience with LTSS data and reporting.
