Sr. Recruiter
Job Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a high volume and fast paced recruiting environment required.
- Experience recruiting for government contract positions is a huge plus; along with having the ability to bring a network/pipeline.
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities as needed to support high priority tasks or initiatives.
- Self-starter with a track record of producing results that meet or exceed the business goals and objectives.
- Proven interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships with candidates, internal customers, and business partners.
- Must possess strong organizational skills in order to prioritize a large number of open requisitions, juggle many responsibilities, and manage a variety of candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and with collaborative teams.
- Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
- Above all, you must be highly motivated, goal oriented, and have a passion for success.
- Can include weekend and evening support for hard to fill positions to include proposal input.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (Deltek preferred).
- Proficient use of MS Office Suite, the internet and other IT equipment and databases to complete routine and moderately complex tasks.
Job Description *
- Responsible for all steps associated with the identification and placement of professional level employees.
- Successfully source and identify candidates from traditional sources, various online networks and social media outlets.
- Effectively screen, qualify, negotiate pay and interview candidates. Provide solid recommendations to hiring/program managers.
- Coordinate all in-person and phone interviews with hiring/program managers and conduct reference checks.
- Maintain active communication and follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hire process.
- Prepare resume portfolios for presentation to our clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
- Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity and skilled communications with managers, partners, peers and candidates.
- Maintain individual production and candidate pipeline spreadsheets.
- Responsible to team in training and sharing of best practices.
