Sr. Project Manager - Civil

SES Constructors LLC (SCL) is growing! We are seeking a talented Sr Project Manager to join our dynamic SCL team, a subsidiary of Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH). Job Summary

Senior management of projects, personnel, and clients with focus on project management, personnel management/mentoring, and business development.Provides overall direction to a project or group of projects of considerable size, scope and complexity.Ensures the accurate completion of all work products, proper quality control / quality assurance measures are in place consistent with corporate guidelines, and work procedures are performed in a safe manner.Responsible for management and oversight of self-perform projects and work performed by subconsultants and subcontractors.Responsible for the overall financial performance relative to project-specific budgets.

Other Responsibilities Include

• Business/Client Development
• Manages/prepares proposals and technical documents.
• Prepares project budgets and cost estimates.
• Administers contracts for construction and remediation.
• Supervises, trains, evaluates and directs professional, technical and support staff.
• Manages considerably complex, multi-disciplinary projects that contain technical and financial risk and/or present significant management challenges.
• Manages project budgets.
• Demonstrates consistent/exemplary safety compliance.
• Ensures project quality control.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications Include

• 15+ years of experience in Design, Construction and Remediation
• 10+ years of Project Management experience required
• Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Registration as a Professional Engineer
• Federal (DOD and DOE) and Non-Federal Project Experience
• Organization, written communication, and oral communication skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Must be able to work constructively in diverse teams including engineers, technicians, and construction/remediation personnel
• Must be willing to travel on an as-needed basis up to 25% of the time.
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must possess valid driver's license.
• Must be able to physically navigate construction sites.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  
  

Compensation

$125,000 - $145,000 yearly
