Position Overview
We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to play a pivotal role within our Integrations Group and broader Technology Organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive our customer onboarding process, focusing on efficiency, satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This role demands a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and deliver impactful initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and enhance integration onboarding processes to streamline operations.
Foster strong relationships across all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Facilitate collaboration and transparency among delivery teams and workstreams.
Define and monitor success metrics for integration planning and execution.
Utilize technology and automation solutions in partnership with product and delivery teams.
Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in process optimization.
Requirements
Background in Transportation or Supply Chain management.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Visio/Lucidchart and Tableau/PowerBI is preferred.
5-7 years of relevant work experience with 3-5 years in team management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
A degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Operations Management is preferred.
