The Opportunity

As a Senior Program Manager for the Employee Experience Program Management Office [EX PMO], you will partner with HR Business Partners and COE leaders across the org to develop, manage, and scale key initiatives, processes, and operations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional operational and program management skills and motivational change leadership. What You'll Do

  • Partner with HR Business Partners [HRBPs] to streamline and standardize delivery of critical HR programs and initiatives to business leaders.
  • Identify, design, implement, and scale process and technology improvements to improve HRBP efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence [COEs] on cross-functional initiatives, including alignment of resources to the stated vision and strategy, and ensuring clear and consistent roll-outs of programs and processes
  • Coordinate and create dashboards/ad hoc reports and insights on key employee metrics illustrating impact on business.
  • Spearhead special initiatives to support EX PMO priorities to drive effective portfolio management, prioritization, collaboration, and communication across the organization

What you need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management or operations, preferably within HR
  • Outstanding ability to program manage complex operations, and lead teams through transformational change initiatives
  • Experience designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align diverse perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and solid attention to detail
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as basic technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 -- $235,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
