Able to identify all types of metal accurately document work order material and process traceability information such as PO and Lot number
Ability to read and follow work instructions and standard work for each process
Ability to write label information such as part number, work order number, quantity and number of bins
Understand the metals coding system and select the appropriate metal based on work order requirements
Using an electronic balance, count parts accurately and verify compliance with quantity listed on work order
Ability to read the work order documentation to determine for part marking and other special instructions
Understand TPM concepts & basic machine maintenance - Grade B
Full understanding of blueprints/product specifications for manufacturing requirements - perform in-process inspection to verify conformance using standard inspection tools (calipers, steel rule, gage pins, radius gage, height gage, etc.)
Read and understand work order contents including part number, quantity, due date, technical information and all supplementary information
Ability to visually inspect the product and been able to identify good v/s bad quality product in preparation for bag and tag per customer requirement
