The base salary range for this role, across the US is $135,000 - $180,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.

Responsible for driving the AI strategy and product-level operational and financial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the next evolution of an AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap that increases our leadership position across Intelligent Document Processing and Intelligent Automation. Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking is required!
- Design and own product and go-to-market strategies to drive product growth, adoption, and meet growth level targets to include facilitation around product roadmap; measure return and calibrate the organization as needed.
- Prioritize optimization opportunities so that the company is advancing strategic initiatives that have maximum impact and value.
- Perform due diligence, market research, data synthesis and analysis, anticipate market trends, and have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape for AI solutions.
- Guide the company’s AI strategy through current and upcoming governmental AI mandates and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Identify new opportunities, assess the product performance in the broader landscape, and help develop long-term strategic plans for existing and future product/solution lines.
- Collaborate with product development in gathering, analyzing, and assessing business requirements to translate into features of our strategy and overall AI portfolio.
- Communicate strategy, roadmaps, and priorities across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels, customers, analysts, and prospects.
- Work closely with the product development, corporate strategy, corporate development, channel, strategic alliances, and broader cross-functional leadership teams to ensure the company achieves its long-term overall portfolio vision business goals.
- Transform ideas into reality through rapid prototyping between AI technologies and our products.
- Ensure appropriate metrics are in place to measure progress on strategic initiatives.
- Support fellow Product Managers in forecasting impact of AI functionality on product new license bookings growth, in collaboration with Tungsten finance team.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional (decisioning/predictive) and modern (generative/LLM) AI technologies.
- Understanding of macro business trends, competitive environment, executive presence, public speaking, deep critical thinking and ability clearly and effectively articulate complex strategies in easy-to-understand terms.
- 5–10 years of experience building great products with AI/ML technologies, including predictive ML, computer vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Experience building great products with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), with the ability to develop a clear vision on the future of our industry, including of the opportunities posed by Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Ability to think differently and present off-the-wall ideas on how emerging technologies will affect the world.
- Proven and respected thought-leader among leading software technology companies.
- Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.
- Ability to get hands dirty through rapid prototyping, inspiring the next level of AI investment.
- Understanding of the AI regulatory environment such as the EU AI Act, the US Executive Order on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence, and others.
- Problem-solving skills to identify complex problems, evaluate options and execute solutions.
- Outstanding communication and people collaboration skills.
- Time management skills to manage the timeline and progress of strategic initiatives.
- Intellectual discipline, a problem-solving aptitude, creativity, and independent judgment.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to develop and measure financial performance.
- Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
- Basic coding skills with a desire to learn the inner workings of AI technologies to facilitate rapid prototyping.
