Who You Are:

Redslash is looking for a strong Sr. Line Producer to produce broadcast, social and digital content across multiple clients. In this role you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of production, including identifying production partners, including Redslash production resources and third party vendors, and managing relationships, establishing timelines and determining budgets while reporting into the Executive Producer.

The ideal candidate is someone who is able to juggle a multitude of jobs at any time, and have familiarity with the daily ebb and flow of an agency. This Line Producer will bring creative visions to life while elevating the work through close collaboration with agency creatives and client teams. Not only should you have extensive production contacts, but you should be someone that can grow relationships with directors, while maintaining Redslash's reputation. You will help establish and maintain production processes and have a positive impact on the work.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Proven track record of consistent productivity against budget and flexibility, and possess the aptitude to make the impossible possible.
  • Calm under pressure, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy problem solving
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge and relationships with directors and production crew

What You'll Do:

  • Produce content on location, adapting content production and needs based on analysis and performance.
  • Vendor and freelancer management including specifications, estimates and bids, shooting photography/building and capturing all assets that may utilize video, still images, prep, shoot, and supervise post production and finishing, creative approvals, proofs, and supplier invoicing.
  • Proactively manage production related milestones to ensure key dates are met.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of job specs, costs, and production related dates and information in job folders, and maintain a Job Status Report on all production related projects.
  • Consult and collaborate with the Creative team on approach, style, timelines, and expected results on assigned projects.
  • Will work closely with Creatives, Account Services, and Editorial team
  • National and international travel up to 30% of the time

Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and public speaking
  • The ability to simplify and communicate the complexities of production to any

audience at any proficiency level

Client Relationships:

  • Handle the communication and mitigation of high-level client and internal agency concerns as they pertain to your productions
  • Assist account services in the explanation and presentation of production work,

concepts and realities

Location:

Given the nature of our Production team and the clients assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to New York City, in the near future (first 60 days of employment).

The annual salary range for this role is $115,000-$145,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
