Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our procurement strategies and fostering collaborations across various departments.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple procurement projects simultaneously, delivering tangible financial and operational outcomes.

Develop innovative category strategies informed by market insights and internal data analysis.

Collaborate closely with suppliers to optimize savings and minimize risks.

Guide the procurement process from market assessment through to contract negotiation and approval.

Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycles.

Identify and implement continuous improvements in procurement practices, leveraging data-driven insights.

Utilize your analytical skills to evaluate proposals and provide actionable recommendations.

Present findings and strategies in a clear, compelling manner, using visual aids where appropriate.

Qualifications

Proven ability to drive projects independently while managing competing priorities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.

Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and scenario modeling.

Experience In Strategic Sourcing And Contract Management Is Preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with procurement software is a plus.
