We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Process Engineering Manager to join our team and manage a wide range of process engineering and related activities. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in process engineering, SPC, MSA, GD&T, DOE, metal stamping, laser welding, metal forming, injection molding, CNC, scrap reduction, process engineering management, continuous improvement, budgeting/forecasting, training, mechanical design, manufacturing, writing test procedures, and GR&R.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage process engineering and related activities, including SPC, MSA, GD&T, DOE, metal stamping, laser welding, metal forming, injection molding, CNC, scrap reduction, process engineering management, continuous improvement, budgeting/forecasting, training, mechanical design, manufacturing, test procedures, GR&R, CI, training, mentoring, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher
10 + years of engineering and management experience overseeing a team of 7 or more process engineers with varying levels of experience
Must be proficient in 3 or more of the following technologies - stamping, laser welding, metal forming, injection molding, CNC, GDT, SPC, Gage R&R, DOE
Must have strong training and mentoring abilities
This role is onsite 5x a week
