We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sr Presentation Designer / Graphic Communicator to join our dynamic design team. As a Sr Presentation Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and effective graphics and presentations that communicate complex concepts and systems in a clear and engaging manner. You will collaborate closely with our VP of Design and SVP of Product and their leadership to deliver outstanding presentations for a variety of projects, including presentations, marketing materials, infographics, and internal/external communications materials.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the VP of Design and SVP of Product and their leadership leadership to understand project requirements and objectives.
Translate complex concepts and systems into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, presentations, and other design assets.
Develop and execute creative design concepts that align with the brand guidelines and visual identity.
Craft pixel-perfect graphics, assets, artifacts, presentation slides, and templates for internal and external communications.
Work on multiple fast-paced design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product teams, to understand their design needs and deliver effective design solutions.
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information to inform design decisions and ensure accuracy in visual representations.
Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior team members, when necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on presentation design.
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and expertise in presentation design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Keynote.
Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience working at Duarte or with the Duarte Method a big plus
Experience with enterprise software / security / B2B SaaS a plus
Motion graphics experience a plus
Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present design concepts.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency across various design projects.
