As a vital member of our multinational team, you will collaborate closely with global Silicon, Edge Device, Connectivity, IoT and Cloud leaders.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Manage partnerships and collaborate with Communications & Marketing team on associated marketing activities to drive our company brand promotion, lead generation and customer retention.
  • With a keen attention to detail, target partner-driven high-quality leads and nurture them with compelling content and events including webinars, blogs, lunch & learns, and case studies. 
  • Work closely with company leaders and help manage already existing partners and define future market segments, partnership opportunities and partner-focused marketing activities.
  • Maintain a portfolio of industry standard bodies and technical associations, and ensure the right memberships are active, and ensure dues are paid on time.
  • Seek out additional partnership marketing opportunities with external partners.
  • In partnership with Communications & Marketing team develop and execute a high-level event plan which includes researching, building, and managing a targeted event list, and gaining multiple partner and internal stakeholder buy-ins.
  • In partnership with Communications & Marketing team work on promotion and communication of events and partnerships through marketing efforts, including company’s site, advertising, and social media.
  • Manage all event logistics for trade shows in partnership with Communications & Marketing team, virtual events and other marketing events, including coordinating with event organizers on event set up, selecting collateral, and managing a variety of vendors, clients and partners.
  • In partnership with Communications & Marketing team work closely with the business team on event staffing, goals, and expectations, including reviewing event pre-briefs and post-briefs.


WE APPRECIATE:

  • Experience in partnership program management, coordinating events, organizing schedules and building networks
  • In-depth knowledge of North American market (various Silicon, IoT and Cloud-intensive verticals are welcome) and broad network at Director and CxO levels. EMEA market knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and bias for action; ability to internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals for self and team.
  • Proven skills in building long-term partnership relationships
  • Solid verbal, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to express complex ideas succinctly
  • Fluent and eloquent English.


WILL BE A STRONG ADVANTAGE:

  • Background in partnership management and technical marketing, especially in semiconductors, cloud, industrial, manufacturing, mobility, automation, and electronics sectors
  • 5 to 8 years’ experience in partnership management of IoT, cloud and custom solution development services companies. Ideally within a global solution provider organization.
  • Understanding of semiconductors, IoT and cloud concepts and technologies
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
