Sr Operations Manager

Role Overview

As Sr Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in steering our company towards achieving its strategic objectives. You will oversee our global operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with local and international standards. This position reports directly to the CEO and is pivotal in shaping the company's future.

Ideal for a proactive leader with management and production experience in medium to large companies, especially Food and Beverage, Consumer Goods, and Pharmaceuticals.

The candidate should effectively collaborate, manage operations to produce high-quality products, and foster continuous improvement to maximize production and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations including end-to-end supply chain.
• Lead a team of 200+ workers including distribution.
• Ensure a safe production environment and compliance with regulations.
• Oversee product safety, ensuring strict tracking, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive efficiency in processing, packaging, and warehousing.
• Manage product supply with the sales team.
• Lead lean operations, quality improvement, and capacity expansion.
• Coordinate with Facilities on production efficiency modifications.
• Develop talent to meet company goals and promote a production-oriented culture.
• Engage in innovation and new product implementation.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven manufacturing management success in consumer goods, with strong attention to detail and communication.
• 7-10 years of management and leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, operations, business, or related field.
• Strong HR, problem-solving, and leadership skills; able to develop a management team.
• Experience in improving operations' performance and profitability.
• Financial acumen to manage operations effectively.
• Knowledge in employee safety, product quality, and packaging compliance.
• Ability to manage processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
