The Senior Omni-channel Reporting Analyst will maintain and create reporting and data sets for the team to utilize while auditing and reconciling sales and inventory transactions. They will investigate variances within e-commerce fulfillment centers and track shrink rates. They will analyze, validate, and present key data to support the development of Omni-channel initiatives. They will collaborate with business partners when complex technical and process issues arise and provide guidance on resolution.
Omni-channel Reporting
Maintain and create reporting for analysts to facilitate auditing of financial transactions by utilizing ETL and automation tools. Develop ad-hoc reporting to identify issues, examine trends, and analyze variances relating to omni-channel sales, returns, and inventory. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data sources, ETL tools, and business processes. Explore potential use of other application/tools as needed.
Data Analysis
Perform analysis of inventory records for e-commerce market fulfillment centers (MFCs) to identify exceptions. Investigate exceptions to ensure on-hand accuracy and proper recording of inventory movement. Work with DC operations and technology to remediate when new issues arise. Track and analyze inventory transactions at MFCs to improve inventory integrity. Monitor and review shrink forecasts and provide recommendations based on trends.
Project Maintenance
Lead efforts for QA test validations for system upgrades and strategic initiatives to document potential impacts to downstream financial systems. Communicate results to management and ensure all outcomes are relayed to IT product teams. During product implementation, work with internal data & analytic teams to connect to the appropriate data sources and complete financial reporting requirements for the team.
Omni-channel Support
Troubleshoot issues related to sales, returns, settlement, inventory, and other similar business processes. Aggregate examples and communicate to internal partners (technology and business teams) and external vendors (3rd party fulfillment, payment processors) and collaborate to reach a resolution. Monitor shared inbox to answer questions raised by customer service, loss prevention, treasury, and other teams.
Process Improvements
Periodically review the teams’ processes to identify ways to increase efficiency and reduce expense. Work with cross-functional business partners and vendors to investigate those opportunities and automate when possible. Maintain time studies and task models of the teams’ workload for management.
E-commerce Reconciliation
Coordinate the daily processing of critical e-commerce reconciliations and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner. Investigate variances related to gift card and payment processing and escalate issues to internal technology partners. Ensure the team is on track to complete month-end closing responsibilities
Presentations
Prepare monthly reporting and metrics and present key results and trends to management and leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 3-5 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or eCommerce
- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce order flow to ensure all failures are being captured, triaged, and fixed in a timely manner.
