Responsibilities
Order, review, and ensure the clarity of property titles for conveyance to relevant authorities.
Conduct detailed research to identify any outstanding utility bills, taxes, or liens that may affect property ownership.
Collaborate closely with our network of foreclosure attorneys, property preservation vendors, and auction specialists.
Manage and review the deed pipeline for FHA and VA loans, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Assist in managing auctions and resolving any property title defects as they arise.
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least five years of experience in mortgage servicing.
Prior experience in FHA or VA title review roles is essential.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with servicing platforms like BlackNight (LoanSphere, MSP) is advantageous.
Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
