Discover a unique opportunity to join a highly creative and imaginative marketing team in a fast-paced and inspiring industry. In this role, you will lead the development of cross-category specialty retail marketing initiatives that create new business opportunities. Be a valued partner inspiring creativity and innovation for future fragrance solutions. You will report to the VP of Marketing and have a presence in both our New Jersey and New York offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of marketing strategies for Specialty Retail brand portfolio, with a core focus on home and laundry categories.
• Work collaboratively across departments (development, commercial, consumer insights) to bring about winning solutions and experiences for the client.
• Analyze macro, cross-cultural global trends and insights to identify high impact fragrance propositions.
• Develop trend and insight-led marketing presentations that inspire creativity.
• Think strategically across brand and categories to identify opportunities for future wins.
• Own the storytelling of fragrance messages and create winning marketing concepts.

You bring

• 10+ years of industry related experience in beauty or fragrance marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• The ability to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within cross-functional teams
• Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to high level executives
• Passionate Storyteller - Comfortable in handling concepts & conceptual thinking
• Excellent copywriting. Ability to transform functional innovations into inspirational ideas
