Travel: Less than 10% (usually traveling to HQ / vendor visits / training)

Compensation: $120,000 to $140,000 + bonus

Full benefits including 401(k) with match and HSA, PTO, and national holidays!

Work Setting: Monday through Friday

Education: Bachelor’s degree required

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Prior warehouse director experience
  • Demonstrated experience in talent development.

Preferred Experience

  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification/continuous Improvement experience
