POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Software QA that will build a high performing software QA team focusing on healthcare solutions. The Senior Manager of Software QA will be expected to build a quality first culture, be a customer advocate, drive quality into product development, and become a hands-on expert with a variety of AI solutions that are both on-prem and cloud hosted. A successful Senior Manager of Software QA will be laser-focused on our mission to deliver Imaging and AI-based solutions that will truly transform Radiology, be relentless in process improvement, and foster the career growth of the QA team.



POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop and relentlessly enforce software QA processes that will ensure quality products
  • Develop and measure product quality metrics, and drive quality needs into the development process
  • Develop metrics to determine product release readiness
  • Develop automated testing strategies to reduce the need for manual testing in a cloud environment
  • Hire and expand the software QA team based on present and future needs with FTEs and contractors
  • Develop QA documentation for testing processes and knowledge sharing
  • Perform hands-on testing to ensure familiarity with the products
  • Provide technical direction and leadership to QA teams
  • Participate in product roadmap planning, estimation, and delivery
  • Actively manage and provide career growth opportunities to teammate
  • Promotes communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department.
  • Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).



DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • 5+ years of Healthcare industry experience required
  • 5+ years of software QA experience required
  • 3+ years of software QA management experience required
  • DICOM and HL7 familiarity required
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure product testing experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and resource management skills
  • Confluence and JIRA experience is preferred

The salary range for this position is $135,000.00 - $170,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
