How You Will Soar
In this role, you will be responsible for building business in national accounts, middle markets, small group markets, distribution channels, and specialty product areas for existing channels, broker-led, and plan sponsor-led deals. You will provide guidance on our responses and their success, analyzing our capabilities to meet customer needs and help them make better decisions about their healthcare.

How You Will Soar
In this role, you will be responsible for building business in national accounts, middle markets, small group markets, distribution channels, and specialty product areas for existing channels, broker-led, and plan sponsor-led deals. You will provide guidance on our responses and their success, analyzing our capabilities to meet customer needs and help them make better decisions about their healthcare.
- Identify opportunities for sales support to streamline the entire sales process and measure activities' results.
- Serve as the primary liaison to Product Development, Operations, IT, and other departments as required.
- Ensure resources are secured as requested by the Sales Team and Account Manager to assist the sales process.
- Manage internal/external communication regarding the RFP process.
- Determine when updates are required for RFP-related activities.
- Ensure tactics align with revenue targets and future growth goals.
- Focus efforts on growing and assisting in meeting sales goals and targets.
- Support sales, marketing, and account management.
- Manage Salesforce activities related to RFP/RFI responses.
- Track RFP success rates, analyze data, and determine different approaches to ensure higher win rates.
- Utilize Salesforce to report on success rates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Nationwide travel up to 25%.
- 7-10 years of experience in consumer-directed health & benefits.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, or healthcare.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature.
- Strong organizational skills with a drive to meet deadlines.
- An affinity for accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge), and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is required.
