Job Summary

Manage efforts of direct reports to achieve goals of Sales Operations team.

Help business achieve bookings and revenue goals. Work within the current corporate travel and expense policies.

What You Will Contribute

  • Deliver on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals
  • Lead a team of remote Sales Development Representatives
  • Train members of the SDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
  • Participate in the SDR recruiting process and make hiring decisions
  • Consistently meet or exceed team goals for activity, hiring, and pipeline creation
  • Drive SDR activity metrics and grow pipeline in specific territories
  • Coach, manage performance, and develop the career paths of team members
  • Partner with sales, marketing and sales operations to enhance sales outreach performance
  • Assess team needs and recommend training plans and programs
  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment for SDR team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager with a background as an Account Executive or in a similar closing position
  • Ability to coach and hold team members accountable for results
  • Solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Experience in the IT sector and B2B sales or customer support
  • Project management skills and knowledge of sales KPIs evaluation
