Develop timely and accurate capacity plans to bridge forecasted sales requirements against production line availability. Facilitate collaboration with sales forecasting to fully understand and align on monthly demand plan. Monthly facilitation of the IBP Process, including the management of all data elements (i.e., inventory projections). Development and monitoring of site inventory levels and schedule attainment. Will oversee 3PM planning group activities, including the management of runout reports.
Essential Functions And Basic Duties
Create/Lead monthly IBP (S&OP) processes.
Develop/maintain a high-level monthly Rough Cut Capacity Plan view for the total network, comparing production plans and Sales Forecasts against available capacity at the line level.
Maintain weekly Schedule Attainment process, tracking how each facility performed against production schedules. Will lead cross functional assessment of attainment, monitoring performance throughout the year.
Monthly tracking of FG and Raw material inventory. Use data collected to calculate Inventory Turns.
Develop annual and monthly Inventory targets for both FGs and Raw Materials.
Collaborate with Site Planning Managers to align on target production volume (“Locked Pieces”) for the following month. Will manage the reporting of goals and performance of each manufacturing facility.
Collect and report Monthly Key Operations Metrics (Cases OTIF, Actual vs. Planned Production, Inventory) to the business.
Lead cross-functional team to identify and discard NPU materials.
Monitor and support the management of inventory to optimize costs, support manufacturing, and minimize aged/obsolete inventory.
Provide cross-functional support across departments to solve demand-related issues caused by forecast errors, demand constraints, unexpected promotional opportunities, etc.
Manage 3PM planning group.
Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise with all systems, tools, and analytical platforms, including advanced supply chain planning software systems (Blue Yonder) and company ERP.
Provide Sales and Operations teams with timely analysis, guidance, and decision-making to ensure we meet the needs of our customers. This includes generating monthly and weekly reports to key stakeholders and leading pieces of the IBP/S&OP processes.
In collaboration with the Associate Director of logistics, assist in the management and optimization of inventory footprint, turnover, and reliability to ensure the highest level of operational and financial performance based on established KPIs.
Collaboratively determines and tracks relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Supply Chain, planning departments, and other functions as necessary.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or business is preferred

8+ years of supply chain and/or planning experience in a mfg. setting
