Sr. Manager, Planning & Analysis

Job Overview

As Revenue Growth Management Sr Manager, Commercial Planning and Analysis, you will be accountable for providing the reporting, analysis, and storyline materials to effectively communicate the performance narrative of the Keurig Dr Pepper US refreshment beverage portfolio. The Keurig Dr Pepper US refreshment beverage portfolio spans multiple cold beverage categories through multiple routes to market. Your role will be critical in gaining insights of our categories and products that influence how we communicate performance of our products internally and externally. You will also provide the tools and analysis necessary to drive the near- and long-term planning process with a broader cross functional team.

This role will require exceptional analytical skills, the ability to interpret data from a variety of source, and strong collaboration with other functions. Technical experience working with large data sets from a variety of systems in a business context is a necessity.

High visibility role that will be centrally positioned within the commercial organization and has the potential to influence a number of near-term and long-term strategic decisions.

What you will do:

  • Master gathering and analyzing disparate data sources (e.g. Circana, Internal data systems, custom research)
  • Help build, streamline, and routinize reporting capabilities across large data sets; supporting monthly volumetric and forecast updates to leadership
  • Develop & enhance key Performance Management reports and presentations on a monthly, weekly, and daily cadence in support of Commercial leadership
  • Develop tools to drive the annual and in year planning process
  • Act as a strategic expert in support of ad-hoc data needs of the organization
  • Deliver insightful and actionable interpretations of performance drivers for Commercial leadership to be used in executive level presentations (earnings calls, board of directors, etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally with internal & external stakeholders to include but not limited to investor relations, finance, brand marketing, sales, route-to-market and supply chain

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, and over 7+ years of experience in RGM, analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical capabilities - the capacity to understand and interpret large data sets - experience with large data sets for business applications strongly preferred
  • Intellectual curiosity - a motivation to understand business dynamics and create innovative business solutions
  • Excellent communication skills - the ability to visually and verbally communicate complex ideas to senior leaders
  • Adaptability - an aptitude for managing complex projects and working cross-functionally with multiple partners
  • Engagement - an interest in learning and mastering new topics, data sources, and methodologies
  • Ownership mindset - personally accountable to KDP business outcomes and performance
