We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to drive our B2B Marketing strategies by leveraging data, analytics, and cutting-edge marketing technologies. This role plays a pivotal part in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to boost product demand, enhance traffic, and drive sales growth.
As the Senior Manager, you will collaborate closely with Marketing Channel owners and cross-functional teams to define success metrics, analyze campaign performance, and implement continuous improvements. You will also manage our marketing technology stack, including Marketo and other automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing Channel owners to develop targeted audience lists and customer segments for campaigns.
Use analytical rigor, including modeling and A/B testing, to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to drive performance.
Oversee the production and scheduling of marketing campaigns across email, digital, and print channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Act as the Technical Product Owner for our marketing technology tools and processes, managing business requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and conducting user acceptance testing.
Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, fostering their development and growth within the organization.
Collaborate with Sales Operations and other departments to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, MIS, or related field.
7-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, with a focus on B2B marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing strategies and tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical requirements into actionable plans.
Experience in Agile methodology and certifications like PMP are a plus.
Location and Work Schedule:
While this position currently offers remote work options, candidates within proximity to our physical locations (Boca Raton, Itasca, Austin) may be required to work in-office at least two days per week starting August 2024.
