The ideal professional will have a strong background in complex assay programs and an eagerness to join and contribute to a tight knit, mutually supportive community of skilled experts.

What You Will Do

• Act as an independent leader of complex assay development programs, technically challenging product development projects, and diverse product sustaining initiatives.
• Establish project objectives and work plans, communicating proposals to leadership.
• Proactively identify and solve product and project risks.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• BS in Science or Engineering at 10+ years of program management experience. (PMP Certification preferred)
• Experience leading and developing programs for assay development and validation.
• Experience with diagnostics is preferred, molecular diagnostics is a plus.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $145k – $175k per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
