Job Description
The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, is responsible for a broad range of financial modeling and analytics including bringing together Visa multiyear forecasts, annual budget, and a wide range of financial analyses.
This Senior Manager role will be heavily involved in the preparation of internal and external reporting for Visa P&L, evolving Visa financial processes, tools and procedures, and providing decision making support to Visa senior executives.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Job Description
The Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A, is responsible for a broad range of financial modeling and analytics including bringing together Visa multiyear forecasts, annual budget, and a wide range of financial analyses.
This Senior Manager role will be heavily involved in the preparation of internal and external reporting for Visa P&L, evolving Visa financial processes, tools and procedures, and providing decision making support to Visa senior executives.
Essential Functions:
- Working with colleagues in the Corporate FP&A Revenue and Expense teams, as well as Treasury, Controllership, Tax, and Regional FP&A to form a comprehensive view of Visa financial performance and outlook
- Develop quarterly materials for Board of Directors and work closely with our Investor Relations and External Reporting teams in preparation for earnings releases
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of Visa revenue and expense drivers and how they fit together into the overall financial picture
- Conduct robust financial modeling and analytics and translate findings into succinct narratives for our CFO and other executives
- Strengthen collaboration and partnership with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring synergies and
- Coordinated efforts with other groups
- Help coordinate our core FP&A processes such as development of quarterly forecasts, annual plan, and multi year forecasts, collaborating with Visa Finance Velocity Office to identify opportunities to improve tools and processes.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Graduate, undergraduate degree and or other Finance related professionally recognized accreditations (e.g CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
- Progressive experience in Corporate FP&A function or experience in strategy, management consulting, or investment banking
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, can do attitude to resolve tough business problems with well structured analyses
- Highly strategic combined with a strong business acumen
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to be able to connect the dots and approach issue resolution with a forward-looking view to anticipate and address problems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written, oral, listening and presentational skills and ability to work well under pressure and interact at all levels as a
- Capable of handling and prioritizing multiple tasks, possess good judgment and organizational skills, able to work independently and be flexible
- Ability to set the tone and provide coaching and mentoring to more junior staff
- Teamwork is essential to the group, so it is critical that the candidate interact with other team members and managers collaboratively and effectively
