Job Summary

We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Loan Officer to join our team! As a Senior Loan Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating, authorizing, and recommending real estate, commercial, and credit loans. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service while adhering to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation to determine creditworthiness
• Maintain confidentiality and customer trust throughout the loan process
• Achieve financial goals through careful evaluation of loan applications
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with clients to negotiate loan terms and conditions
• Provide expert guidance to customers on loan processing procedures
• Utilize advanced accounting software to streamline loan applications
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Passionate about leadership and helping others succeed
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Basic understanding of TILA, RESPA, and other relevant regulations (training provided)
• Familiarity with loan origination software (training provided)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in basic math and accounting principles

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
• Pay Range: $134,145.00 - $157,683.00 per year
• Expected Hours: 30 - 50 per week
• Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities, Commission pay, Profit sharing
• Payment Frequency: 1099 contract
• Work Setting: Remote
