8+ experience as Software QA including 2+ experience as QA Senior/Lead Solid experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices. Solid experience with development and testing of complex enterprise or customer-facing applications preferably on Point-of-Sale (POS) or Post Office services background

Description for Internal Candidates

• 8+ experience as Software QA including 2+ experience as QA Senior/Lead
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related qualifications
• Experience in people management or leading a team
• Solid experience in Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
• Solid experience with development and testing of complex enterprise or customer-facing applications preferably on Point-of-Sale (POS) or Post Office services background
• Expert knowledge of software testing, quality improvement, quality process, quality assurance methodologies, and best practices.
• Experiences in web services, batch/extract file processing, point-of-sale
• A good understanding on financial and accounting principles is a plus
• Experience and good understanding of automation testing and frameworks
• Software Testing or Quality related certification is a plus
  
  

Technical Skills

Extensive experience in native Mobile application development.

Extensive experience in API testing and methodologies.

Knowledge on application architecture from front end and back end.

Advance knowledge on different Windows operating system platform (Windows 10, Windows servers 2016, etc) including windows commands, basic troubleshooting/monitoring tools

Expert on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Device literacy across apple and android technologies

Solid experience and good understanding of development and testing tools/applications:

Virtual Environments (e.g. VMWare)

Test Management Tool (e.g. Xray, ALM)

Project Management and Defect Reporting (e.g. JIRA)

Source Control (e.g. GitLab, Bitbucket)

Knowledge on Browser Stack/cloudy etc.

Solid understanding of automation testing tools and programming (e.g. Selenium) and designing or creating test frameworks.

Solid understanding of mobile automation testing tools (e.g. Appium)

Solid understanding of behaviour Driven Development tools and Build tools (e.g. Cucumber and Gradle)

Solid understanding of Performance Testing and related tools (e.g. JMeter, Blaze meter)

Programming or scripting skills is a plus including basic SQL or similar concept to extract data for test
