As the Senior IT Analyst, you will execute their role as a member of the team responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, support, enhancement and maintenance of the sourcing and logistics related applications. The primary focus will be partnering with business and IT teams to support the daily functions of the regional and global applications as well as lead and/or participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or contribute to projects and process improvement initiatives. Participate in business requirements definition, design, configuration, testing and deployment tasks.
• Lead and/or contribute as needed to on-going support activities, working with business users and IT partners to identify issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve issues.
• Create process flow documents, functional specifications, create/ execute test scripts as needed for projects or initiatives.
• Mentor and assist other team members on application, platform and interface knowledge and methods.
• Support users in NAM and in other regions. Must be available for off hours support tasks, as needed, and as part of the off-hour support rotation schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Kontoor policies in regard to system access, data security and change control.
  
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience of working as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.
• 5+ years of related experience in Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software such as NGC, Logility, Infor.
• 5+ years of proficiency in SQL statements and root cause analysis skill.
• 3+ years of related experience in working in regional and/on global supply chain project.
• 5+ years of related experience in logistic platform and EDI interface integration is a plus.
• Related experience in Global Trade Management Solution, SAP is a plus.
• Have a solid understanding on supply chain operation in view of orders, shipments, and inventory is a must.
• Able to lead workshops with internal / external technical and business groups.
• Able to work and manage vendor on daily support activities according to SLA.
