Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a scrappy, results-driven marketer with a growth mindset, ready to take ownership and drive our marketing initiatives from the ground up. This person will report to the Executive Director of Seminary Now and will also have mentorship from a Head of Growth Executive. This position offers a remarkable opportunity for career advancement into senior marketing roles.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and marketing-qualified leads.
  • Manage all aspects of growth marketing, from strategic planning to tactical execution.
  • Lead paid advertising and search engine marketing initiatives across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Meta.
  • Manage full-funnel metrics and associated conversion rates, including differentiation by source. Set up, manage, and refine analytics and marketing tools from scratch, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee website management and conversion optimization to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Foster a deep understanding of our customers' psychology and needs to enhance product-market fit and user experience.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in early stage or high-growth technology startups.
  • Proven track record of success in growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in paid advertising across multiple platforms, SEM, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong technical proficiency with experience in setting up and managing digital marketing tools, data, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making in collaboration with the Executive Director. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization methodologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of mentoring teams and managing projects independently.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving growth in dynamic environments.


Plus if you have:

  • SEO experience and knowledge of organic growth strategies.
  • Experience in product management, including pricing, packaging, retention, and referral strategies.
  • Interest or background in religious studies or related fields, aligning with our mission-driven approach.
